Dan Carroll

Dan Carroll has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry. Dan began their career in 1974 at Eastern Health Board in Dublin, Ireland in various roles of increasing responsibility. In 1981, they moved to Central States Funds, where they also held various roles of increasing responsibility. In 1989, they joined Baxter Healthcare as IT Director, Corporate Purchasing & Supplier Mgmt., where they were responsible for the development, implementation and operations management of Baxter’s global e-procurement strategy. Dan then moved on to IT Director, Global Business Systems, and IT Director, Commercial Business Systems, where they delivered information, systems and processes to improve the productivity and consistency of commercial business activities. In 2011, they became IT Director, Commercial Business Relationship Management at Hospira, and in 2012, they became Managing Principal Consultant at Be IT Ready. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded Showroom Squared, a B2B platform that provides the luxury custom furnishings market a singular marketplace experience.

Dan Carroll attended DePaul University in 1993, majoring in Management Information Systems. Dan then attended the University of Chicago in 1994, before completing their studies at London Business School in 1999.
