Phil Codd

Phil Codd has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Phil began their career in 1995 as a Business Development Manager for CFM Part Of ICL now Fujitsu. In 1997, they moved to Oracle as a Territory Sales Manager, and then to Siebel Systems Ireland in 1999 as Country Manager. From 2002 to 2004, they were Sales Director at Oracle Corp, and then Managing Director at SAP from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they were Managing Director & Regional Director UKI and Chief Markets Officer at SQS Group. In 2012, they joined Ostia Software Solutions Ltd as a Board Member. In 2014, they became a Board Member at the Innovation Value Institute (IVI) and in 2016, a Non Executive Director at Showtime Analytics. Phil is currently Managing Director - Ireland at Expleo Group.

Phil Codd attended the Irish Management Institute from 2015 to 2016, studying Company Direction. In August 2015, they obtained The IoD Certificate in Company Direction Examination from the Institute of Directors. In 2018, they began studying Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Business Management at the University of Cologne, and Computer Studies at the University of London.
