Lisa Callaghan is the Global Director of Customer Service at SHR, where they lead multi-region teams in enhancing customer engagements. They have a diverse background including roles as a Product Specialist and E-Commerce Manager at Avvio, as well as Branch Manager at Sasha. Lisa's educational credentials include a B.Tech in Production Management and a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management, both from the University of Limerick. Previously, they served as the Director of the Centre of Excellence at SHR Group after their acquisition of Avvio.
