May Faridah is the Director of Operations, APAC at SHR, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, LLC, where they oversee the Distribution Team based in Singapore, managing rate loading in the Central Reservations System and Global Distribution Systems for all M&C Hotels. Previously, they served as the Assistant Director of Distribution Systems and Services at Millennium & Copthorne International Ltd from 2009 to 2016, where they played a key role in systems integration and data management. May's extensive experience includes previous roles as Reservations Manager at Orchard Hotel Singapore and Traders Hotel, as well as positions at Air Canada and UOB Travel Planners. They hold GCE A Levels from Our Lady of Lourdes English School.
