Kyle Laking is a licensed Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng) and a progressive engineering leader with extensive experience in product design, project management, and quality assurance across various industries. Educated at Conestoga College and McMaster University, Kyle has held key engineering and management roles at multiple organizations, including Enervac International ULC and Shred-Tech, where they focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs through innovative design and continuous improvement methodologies. With a strong background in 3D design utilizing SolidWorks and experience in mechanical design specifics such as pressure vessels and piping systems, Kyle is committed to driving organizational success and fostering team development.
