Geoff Wolfe

Geoff Wolfe has held a number of roles in the customer success sector since 2009. In 2009, they began as Director of Services at MyBuys. Geoff then moved to Sendori in 2011 as VP of Customer Success. In 2012, they became Head of Platform Enablement at Moovweb. In 2014, they were VP of Customer Success at Aera Technology, where they led the renewals, adoption, professional services, technical pre-sales, and support teams. In 2018, they became VP of Customer Success at Haven. In 2019, they were SVP of Customer Success at Everplans and also served as a Venture Advisor and Investment Committee member at Westwood Ventures. In 2020, they were Head of Customer Success at Parade, and in 2021 they became Head of Operations at Shrine Development and Head of Customer Success at AirMap.

Geoff Wolfe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained in 2004 with a concentration in global management. Geoff also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Business from the University of California, Los Angeles, which they obtained in 1993.
