shrinkMD is a physician-led telepsychiatry practice built to reduce unnecessary delays in psychiatric care without lowering clinical standards. We provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management for adults through a secure virtual platform, with clear protocols, appropriate follow-up, and accountable oversight.

Our model is designed for timely access, reliability, and patient privacy. We do not provide emergency services. When a higher level of care is needed, we help patients transition to the appropriate setting.

We currently serve patients in California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Nebraska, New York, Texas, and Virginia, with responsible expansion planned.

At shrinkMD, we did not change psychiatry. We changed the wait.
