SHS was established in 1999 through the merger of two long-standing consulting firms, The Starr Group and Christine Pacini & Associates. 

Our firm is widely recognized for our work in affordable housing development, successfully realizing over 5,000 affordable housing units across Ontario (over $1 billion in real estate), hundreds of housing studies, strategies, and innovation projects aimed at addressing housing needs across Canada.
