Shukur, born in the UAE, is a digital payments and performance engagement platform designed to transform how value is exchanged in service environments. By integrating physical and digital technologies, Shukur enables customers to pay, tip, rate, and review service staff or merchants in real time—turning great service into instant, meaningful feedback and rewards, while removing the friction of missed gratuities and awkward feedback requests.

At its core, Shukur connects frontline performance to live recognition, improving behaviour, loyalty, and commercial outcomes. Underpinned by enterprise-grade performance gamification, it helps businesses drive service excellence at scale, while expanding financial access for UAE service workers and delivering secure payments capability and actionable performance insight for organisations.

More than a platform, Shukur is a movement. The Shukur Movement supports the UAE’s ambition to strengthen its tipping culture, empower service workers, and elevate national service standards - anchored in sustainable wellbeing, inclusion, and long-term economic impact.
