David Conaway

David Conaway is a Partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP and serves as the Chairman of Global Advocaten. With a focus on corporate bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation, they leverage extensive industry knowledge to align legal strategies with clients' business objectives. Since 2011, David has been a member of INSOL Europe and has held various leadership roles at Shumaker, including Co-Chair of the Marketing and Business Development Committee and Chair of Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Restructuring. They pursue a J.D. at The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
