Seth Traub

Seth Traub is a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, where they specialize in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation in the Tampa, Florida office. Traub represents creditors, investors, distressed debt lenders, trustees, and business entities in bankruptcy court, while also managing a variety of business and real estate litigation matters. Previously, Traub served as an associate at the same firm from 2006 to 2014. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida, where they were active in the Florida Law Review and Florida Blue Key. Traub has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star in 2010 and 2011 and as an Up & Comer by Florida Trend magazine in 2012.
