If we've done our job right, you'll finish a Shut Up & Dance class sweating AND smiling.

We're the first class in New Zealand to offer dance classes inspired by your favourite films, musicals and music videos. By not using mirrors or allowing cameras in the studio, our classes are for anyone and everyone to dance for how it feels – not how it looks.

Our mission is to connect and empower our community through dance, comedy and your favourite pop music.

No dance experience required. In fact – we specialise in clumsy!

Learn more or book for a class at www.shutupanddance.co. Get in touch with abby@shutupanddance.co to enquire about the benefits of Shut Up & Dance in your workplace.
