Ben Neidhardt

Ben Neidhardt, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Shutterfly, overseeing technical accounting and financial reporting for a company with over $2 billion in revenue and more than $3 billion in assets. Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing accounting standards, managing the preparation of financial reports in compliance with SEC requirements, and providing transactional support for various business activities such as M&A and debt refinancing. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at KPMG US, where Ben managed audit engagements, mentored associates, and contributed to significant audit proposals.
