Devender Babu is an accomplished Enterprise Architect and Data Product Manager with extensive experience in AI applications, data management, and cloud computing. Currently at Shutterfly, Inc. since January 2020, Devender has successfully designed and implemented a private Generative AI Chat Q&A Knowledge Base system using advanced technologies such as Large Language Models and has led strategic initiatives across multiple divisions. Prior experience includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Devender managed the migration of Walmart Labs' search platforms to Google Cloud, and Xilinx, where leadership was provided for a team developing infrastructure for AI and machine learning applications. Devender's diverse background includes positions at notable companies like Pacific Gas and Electric, NetApp, AOL, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
