Diana Walker

Diana Walker has over a decade of experience in customer service and management, primarily at Shutterfly since 2014, where roles have included Partner Fulfillment Manager, Partner Fulfillment Analyst, and WFM Real Time Analyst, as well as earlier experience as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to Shutterfly, Diana worked at Embassy Suites as Assistant Front Office Manager, overseeing front office operations, managing guest services, and training staff from 2005 to 2010. Diana also contributed to Massey Services as a Customer Service Representative, supporting internal operations and customer account management from 2003 to 2005. Diana earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management between 2004 and 2006.
