Holly Nelson, CDP®, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Shutterfly since August 2019, Holly oversees high-volume recruiting for Technology positions and manages all aspects of the recruitment process, including application reviews, interviews, offers, and negotiations. Prior to Shutterfly, Holly worked at Kforce Inc from May 2016 to August 2019, progressing through various roles in technical recruiting, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and collaborating with clients to meet hiring goals. Holly's early career included an internship at Sherwin-Williams and an office assistant position at Winona State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Winona State University.
