Jacob Payne

Jacob Payne, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Tax at Shutterfly, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the global Tax function, implementing tax strategies, managing a global restructuring project, and overseeing cash flow forecasting. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Tax Manager at Microchip Technology Inc., where Jacob successfully executed tax restructuring initiatives resulting in substantial cash savings, as well as managing tax provisions and M&A due diligence. Previous positions also include Senior Tax Associate at PwC, where Jacob handled tax returns and provided consulting on complex tax issues, and roles as an intern at Honeywell Aerospace and Arizona Federal Credit Union. Jacob holds both BS and MS degrees in Accountancy and Taxation from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
