Jeff Hickey

Jeff Hickey is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Shutterfly, where they head a key transformational project. Previously, they held senior roles at Early Warning®, Silicon Valley Bank, and Alaska Airlines, driving significant advancements in software engineering and operational efficiency. Jeff has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, guiding students in algorithmic thinking and problem-solving. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at Harvard while holding a B.Sc. and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Computer Science from Dalhousie University.
