Jennifer Broker is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global digital customer relationship management (CRM). Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Digital CRM at Shutterfly since June 2019, Jennifer leads teams dedicated to retention and engagement optimization across various channels, including email, push, SMS, and direct mail. Previous roles include Director of Global CRM for Snapfish Brands and various positions at companies such as Oracle, Responsys, and Walgreens, where Jennifer managed teams, developed channel strategies, and coordinated marketing campaigns. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University and a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
