Karla Strader

Karla Strader, CPPM, currently serves as the Director of Data Engineering at Shutterfly, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the development and support of the Lifetouch school's data warehouse, ensuring successful data pipeline operations, and delivering accurate reporting and analytic solutions. Prior to joining Shutterfly in 2018, Karla spent 24 years at Cargill in various leadership roles, including Senior IT Manager for Data and Business Intelligence Project Delivery, where leadership of a global team focused on data solutions was a key responsibility. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, as well as Executive Education certificates in Business Analytics and Visualization, and Certified Professional Project Manager from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
