Matt Seccombe is an experienced product manager with a strong focus on customer service operations and business applications. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Shutterfly, Inc., since November 2019, Matt is leading the complete rebuild of legacy customer service software utilized by thousands of agents globally. Previously, at Cornerstone OnDemand, from April 2017 to September 2019, Matt managed cross-functional projects that improved client defect resolution times and tailored feature projects for notable clients. Matt's earlier experience includes significant roles at Amobee and Adconion Media Group, where leadership of development teams and creation of custom tools and integrations were key responsibilities. Educationally, Matt holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's in Business Marketing and Business Law, both from Loyola Marymount University.
