Pat Albers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support process development and application support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Support Process Development at Shutterfly, Inc. since August 2018, Pat has played a pivotal role in defining and optimizing support processes between Lifetouch and Shutterfly, implementing common support tools, and training support teams. In addition to this role, Pat has been the President of the MN Valley In-Fisherman club since October 2013, leading initiatives to promote fishing through educational events and partnerships. Prior experience includes various managerial and technical positions at Lifetouch National School Studios and earlier roles at Capgemini and AIC, focusing on application support and COBOL development.
