Ravi Shanker

Ravi Shanker is an experienced Lead Automation Engineer with a strong background in setting up and enhancing automation test frameworks for various applications across multiple companies. At Shutterfly, Inc. since 2012, Ravi has focused on UI and API testing frameworks using Java with tools like TestNG, Maven, Selenium, and Appium, as well as developing similar frameworks in Typescript. Prior to Shutterfly, roles included lead positions at IntercontinentalExchange, Inc., Smith Micro Software, Cisco Systems, Stubhub, Inc., and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where responsibilities encompassed creating and executing automated test suites, maintaining existing frameworks, and enhancing mobile application testing. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Monroe Community College.
