Rick Deleon

Rick DeLeon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the printing industry. Currently serving as a Machine Operator Specialist at Shutterfly since October 2023, Rick has a background in digital printing operations management, having previously held the position of Digital Printing-Mock-up Operations Manager at Southern Graphic Systems from February 2011 to November 2015. Rick also managed pressroom operations at Creative Type for over 13 years and began managerial roles at Kwik Kopy Printing in the late 1980s. Rick's expertise includes all aspects of digital press production, scheduling, and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Educated at El Centro College, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the printing sector.
