Stephen Harrison currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Shutterfly since October 2023. Previously, Stephen was Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from January 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included co-chairing the IT Law Workgroup focused on AI, data privacy, SaaS contracts, and intellectual property licensing for the Federal Reserve System. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at UNT Dallas College of Law and holding positions as Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Thomson Reuters from November 2014 to December 2021. Stephen's early legal career includes working as an Attorney at Thompson & Knight LLP and a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
