Tom Young

Tom Young is an experienced Infrastructure Architect at Shutterfly, responsible for planning, designing, and implementing Infrastructure Systems for Shutterfly Business Solutions since July 2011. Prior to this role, Tom served as an IT Manager overseeing IT and Production Technology Support in a High Tech Manufacturing and Printing Facility, and held various positions at Dex One as Area Leader in Server and Virtualization, as well as at Tekelec in supervisory and specialist roles. Tom began career as a Computer Support Specialist at Wake Forest University, where responsibilities included client support and facilitating the migration to Windows systems. Tom holds educational credentials from North Carolina State University and Wake Forest University.
