Eric Servant

Eric Servant is an experienced operations specialist currently working at Shutterstock since November 2016, where responsibilities have included roles as Team Lead and Account Executive in Global Customer Care. Prior to Shutterstock, Eric served as an Executive Assistant at Zeotap from January 2015 to April 2016, supporting the CEO and other executives in a period of significant growth. Eric's career also includes a role as a Bilingual Senior Care Representative at Alta Resources, delivering support to French-Canadian customers, and experience as a Teaching Assistant in the TAPIF program in France, where American English language and culture were taught. Additionally, Eric has a background in teaching intensive German language classes at Concordia Language Villages. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Carleton College and a teaching degree in English and French from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
