Jaime Teevan

Jaime Teevan is a seasoned technology leader and researcher, currently serving as Chief Scientist and Technical Fellow at Microsoft, where contributions include establishing the Office of Applied Research and pioneering the integration of large language models into productivity tools. Additionally, Jaime Teevan works as an Independent Director at Shutterstock and holds an Affiliate Professor position at the University of Washington, mentoring graduate students and delivering lectures. Prior experience includes impactful research roles at MIT and Microsoft Research, highlighted by the development of personalized search algorithms for Bing. Jaime Teevan holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with an S.M. in the same field and a B.S. from Yale University.
