Wendy Lo is an accomplished sales compensation professional with a strong background in finance and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Compensation at Shutterstock since October 2019, Wendy previously held the position of Global Sales Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Engagement Manager and Consultant at The Alexander Group, as well as Market Development Advisor at IBM, where Wendy utilized market research to inform sales strategies. Earlier in the career, Wendy worked as a Senior Tax Associate at Ernst & Young, managing teams and advising clients on tax-related issues.
