Shwe Bank obtained a commercial, investment or development banking license from Central Bank of Myanmar on 28th July 2014. 
Our Head office and very first branch was opened on 11th January 2016 in Yangon, Myanmar. "To give efficient banking services in both rural & urban areas" is our goal. Shwe Bank is also a member of Myanmar Payment Union (MPU) and Myanmar Banks Association.
Not only the domestic retail banking, Shwe Bank is also on International trade services, Electronic Banking (Debit & Credit Cards, ATM, POS), Mobile & Internet Banking and also in Agent Banking.
Currently, Shwe Bank has ten branches in Yangon, Mandalay, Mawlamyine, Nay Pyi Taw, Bago and Pyay.
