Craig Covil, PE, is an experienced engineering and construction business strategist with over 35 years in civil infrastructure development. Previously serving as Managing Director for Itinera and Chief Development Officer for Halmar, Craig was responsible for project origination and delivery on significant Design-Build and P3 projects across various international markets. Currently a Senior Advisor at SI Engineering and a Partner at NIRMAN VENTURES, Craig provides expert advisory services on major infrastructure projects. Craig holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Surrey and an MSc in Soil Mechanics & Engineering Seismology from Imperial College, London, and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
