Russell Wong is a seasoned communications and electrical engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure projects, specializing in accessibility upgrades for transportation systems. Currently serving as a Communications Field Engineer at SI Engineering, P.C. since September 2025, Russell is involved in ADA upgrades at multiple MTA stations.
