Randy Yoder

Randy Yoder is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics, digitalization, and engineering within the logistics and energy sectors. Currently serving as Sr Manager - Analytics for Global Logistics at SI Group, Randy develops data-driven strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics performance. Previously, in roles at Ketjen Corporation and Albemarle Corporation, Randy focused on digital solutions and data management to empower customers and improve operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Transocean and National Oilwell Varco, where Randy specialized in business intelligence, data analytics, mechanical engineering, and digital transformation initiatives. Randy's technical journey began in the US Navy as a Gas Turbine Technician, leading to a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
