Robert Kaiser

Robert Kaiser has diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Robert began their career in 1990 as a Tennis Instructor at Tennisschule Wölting. In 1992, they transitioned to Zigarren Kaiser GmbH, where they served as General Manager Retail. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a Partner at Incentive Agency IAM. In 1998, they joined AkzoNobel, initially as a Key Account Manager Retail & Food Processing. Robert then held positions as Central Product Manager and later Head of Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Planning. In 2005, they joined Arizona Chemical, a Kraton Company, where they worked as a Marketing Manager before becoming the Global Business Unit Director for Tires & Rubber. In 2014, they joined SI Group as the Senior Director for Strategic Markets in the Pharma, Nutrition, and Adhesives division. Within SI Group, they took on various roles, including Executive Director for Pharma & New Business Development and Vice President for Rubber & Adhesive. In 2021, they became the VP Rubber & Adhesives and Managing Director EMEA, and in 2022, they assumed the position of Global VP Polymer Solution & Managing Director EMEA.

Robert Kaiser attended Ruhr University Bochum from 1988 to 1995, where they earned an MBA (Diplom-Oekonom) degree in Economics.
