Ru Wei has extensive work experience in chemical engineering and project management. They have held various roles in different companies, including SIG, SI Group, Addivant, Chemtura, BASF, Ciba, Shanghai GPC Engineering Design Institute, and Shanghai GPC Plant. Throughout their career, Ru Wei has been involved in global manufacturing and engineering strategic projects, as well as managing production sites and leading investment projects. They have expertise in process design, operations management, and maintaining site infrastructure.
Ru Wei attended East China University of Chemical Engineering in Shanghai from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
