Mostafa Soliman is a professional MEMS design engineer with over twenty-four years of experience in MEMS R&D and product development, which includes eleven years in academia and thirteen years in the MEMS industry. Currently a Principal MEMS Design Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, Mostafa has worked with organizations of various sizes, contributing to the development of high-performance automotive and robotics inertial sensors, optical MEMS actuators, and MEMS consumer sensors. Mostafa has authored 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences and holds 7 patents. Mostafa earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s degree from Ain Shams University.
