Pascal Hache

Pascal Hache is an experienced HR and transformation professional with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Associate Partner and Managing Director at Sia since March 2011, Pascal Hache has led initiatives across various industries, including defense, banking, and transportation, focusing on deploying collective agreements, strategic workforce planning, and performance management processes. Prior to Sia, Pascal Hache held the role of Recruitment Manager at Beijaflore, overseeing recruitment processes in marketing and innovation. Earlier experience includes a marketing position at L'Oréal that involved product launch tracking and commercial relations, along with HR responsibilities related to recruitment and campus management. Pascal Hache holds a Master Grande Ecole degree from ESCP Business School and completed an Erasmus program at University College Dublin.
