Tim deRosa, CIC, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Retail Development at SIAA • The Agent Alliance since December 2024. Previously, deRosa was the COO of Private Client Services at Risk Strategies Company, where responsibilities included developing operational priorities and enhancing client experiences. Additional roles include Partner & COO at Highline Risk Solutions and Executive Vice President at Orchid Insurance, managing the Specialty High Net Worth Division and Strategic Partnerships. As the President & Founder of Platinum Partners Insurance Services, deRosa built a national wholesale brokerage firm focused on High Net Worth clients before its acquisition by Orchid. Earlier experience includes various leadership positions at Chubb Personal Insurance. Tim deRosa holds a B.A. in Political Science from Drew University.
