Shereen Khalifa is a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition across various organizations. They began their career as a Product Specialist at Johnson & Johnson Medical Egypt and subsequently held HR roles at Barclays and Bank of Alexandria. Between 2013 and 2015, they served as a Performance Management Specialist at Qatar University, and from 2021 to 2023, they were the Talent Acquisition Section Head at Gama Construction. Currently, Shereen is the Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at SIAC Construction, continuing to leverage their expertise in workforce planning and organizational development. Shereen earned a Human Resources Management Diploma from The American University in Cairo and holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Cairo University.
