Much more than the first real estate agency on the island dedicated solely to real estate transactions, Sibarth Real Estate is about spirit!

First, a pioneering spirit. The spirit that led Christian Wattiau to transform a local agency into a renowned entity with international influence; to make this jewel that is St Barth and its unique way of life shine beyond the seas, in its natural setting; to attract favor from all over the world and to allow it to remain the longstanding leader in St Barth real estate!

Then, there is the team spirit. The one that allows to combine all the talents under the direction of Zarek Honneysett for the benefit of our clients, and thus, to combine individual expertise with collective performance. A spirit that reinforces our corporate culture around the fundamental values espoused by its president, Christian Wattiau: honesty, respect, and discretion. A spirit that drives us to achieve a record number of sales on the island, and an eloquent testimony of the confidence of our clients.

Finally, the spirit of open-mindedness. This spirit has led Sibarth Real Estate to enrich its local expertise with international know-how, consisting of customized marketing services, built around a network of privileged partners: first Christie's International Real Estate, as exclusive affiliate in Saint Barthelemy, then Luxury Portfolio / Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. St. Barths' based villa rental company Eden Rock Villa Rental is their exclusive partner for holiday rental services.

Choosing Sibarth Real Estate is choosing to put this legendary spirit on your side.
