Aimen Ghias has extensive experience in various roles related to Oracle ERP implementations, payroll management, and auditing. Beginning with A.F. Ferguson & Co (PwC Pakistan) from June 2012 to September 2013, Aimen served as Supervising Senior Oracle EBS, focusing on the implementation of Oracle ERP (Version R12.1), and held positions as Audit Assistant I and II, where responsibilities included planning audits, assessing control risks, and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards. Following this, positions at Inbox Business Technologies and Arowana Consulting included leading HRMS functional teams and serving as Senior Functional Consultant. Currently, at SIBCA since October 2016, Aimen leads HRIS and Payroll, managing payroll processing and supporting Oracle HRMS systems. Aimen's educational background includes various accounting qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and foundational studies in general science from Forman Christian College.
