Dileep Kumar

Dileep Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dileep started their career as a Transmission Engineer at Kerala State Electricity Board in 2002. After that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Central Power Research Institute (Cpri) in Bangalore from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they joined Sibca Electronics in 2006 and held various designations until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to SIBCA where they worked as Department Head until 2016, then as Projects Director until 2020, and currently holds the position of Head of Operations.

Dileep Kumar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Kannur University, Kannur, between 1997 and 2001. Dileep then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations at Dubai International Academic City from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dileep holds certifications as a John Maxwell Certified Trainer Speaker and Coach from The John Maxwell Company, obtained in 2021, and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2017.
