Anne Bouter

Anne Bouter has extensive experience in change management and financial operations, currently serving as Director of Change Management & Industrial Platform Integration and Director of Operating Model at Sibelco Group since September 2014. Anne has driven digital transformation and process improvements, focusing on achieving touchless sales order and supplier invoice processing as the process owner for order to cash and procure to pay processes. Other roles at Sibelco include Global Lead Credit & Collections and Acting Finance Manager US, with responsibilities ranging from team management to supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Prior experience includes financial administration at Omega-Lite B.V. and various early roles in education and hospitality. Anne holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, alongside other relevant educational qualifications in business administration and economics.
