Mait Järvik is the founder of Tulihein OÜ - Cinema Cafe & Catering, a role held since 1998.

Mait Järvik is the CEO of Krynicki Glass Recycling OÜ, a position held since 2014.

Since 2022, Mait Järvik has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Sibelco Group, overseeing the Baltic region, and holds the Nordic and Baltic Region COORD Sourcing MGR role for SIBELCO Green Solutions Estonia OÜ.

Mait Järvik completed Energotehnik in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician at Kehtna Kõrgem Põllumajanduskool in 1997, attended Järvakandi Keskkool from 1986 to 1997, and has pursued Science of Law at ÕIGUSINSTITUUT since 1999.
