Philippe Capelle

Philippe Capelle serves as the Vice-Head of the Purchasing Department and Senior Buyer at Sibelga, a role held since 2014. In this position, Philippe is responsible for sourcing and procuring a wide range of services, including IT, consultancy, HR training, and financial services, while also leading multifunctional teams and applying public tenders. Prior to this, Philippe worked as a Buyer at Electrabel GDF SUEZ from 1999 to 2006, focusing on procurement for electrical and gas equipment. Philippe also gained experience at Automatic Systems from 1996 to 1999, where responsibilities included procurement for access control systems.
