Jim has over 20 years of experience in the business world, holding various positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Account Manager, and General Manager. Jim has a proven track record of success in enhancing small business growth and acquiring and managing customers. Jim is a motivated leader with a passion for helping others reach their full potential.

Jim Mathewson has an Honours BPhysEd from Brock University and an Organizational Leadership degree from Harvard University. Jim also has certification from the Leadership Development Program in Coaching, Event Planning, Facilitation, Goal Setting and Review, Leading Situationally, and Selling.
