Erik Söderholm

Erik Söderholm has over fifteen years of practical experience in industrial construction, having held various leadership roles across different sectors. Currently, Erik is the founder and owner of Inwoco and ImproviCon AB, where they focus on advancing industrial building and production techniques. Previously working as a Production Manager at Moelven Valåsen Wood AB, a Quality Manager at Moelven ByggModul AB, and a Manufacturing Engineer at Stratco Australia, Erik has consistently contributed to process improvement and leadership in the building industry. They hold a Master's degree and a Licentiate degree in Engineering from Luleå University of Technology, specializing in construction and production systems. Erik also served as a board member of Lean Forum Bygg, advocating for Lean practices in the construction sector.
