Andre Amaral

Andre Amaral has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Andre started their career at ZON Multimédia as a Helpdesk Technician, where they provided support for IT infrastructure and applications. Andre then worked at GEP, Símbolo II as a Helpdesk Technician, resolving technical issues and providing information on pricing and software updates. Andre later joined NOVO BANCO as an IT Technician, configuring printers, installing laptops and desktops, and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook. Andre also worked at Alliance Healthcare as a IT Technician, assisting users, assembling and cleaning company laptops, and performing software installations. Andre further expanded their expertise at Mercedes-Benz (Sede Automóvel), Simbolo II, where they handled Helpdesk support, printer configurations, and resolved errors in Microsoft Outlook. Andre then joined Novartis as an IT Technician, providing phone and on-site support for Lenovo computers, iPads, iPhones, and Outlook configuration.
