Tom Carter

Tom Carter is an experienced professional in intelligence monitoring and capabilities, currently serving as an Intelligence Monitoring and Capabilities Coordinator at Sibylline Ltd since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tom gained valuable insights into communications and public relations as an Intern at SABI Strategy Group, and contributed to a youth empowerment initiative as Research Staff at The Brenthurst Foundation, where Tom conducted expert interviews and collaborated on a presentation to a government ministry. Additionally, Tom developed data analytics skills as a Research Assistant at Minerva Intelligence. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol, which complements a strong academic background from Radley College.
