Christopher Kaus

Christopher Kaus is the Quality Control Officer for SIC Consulting, Inc., and has been contracting with the company since 2007. Having a strong background in building Quality Management Systems for worldwide organizations for 20 years and in the early stages of his career has been heavily involved in technology decisions for his own company, Christopher is uniquely positioned to guide SIC Consulting, Inc. in creating, maintaining and optimizing SIC’s own quality management system. He enjoys working closely with SIC’s management team and bringing valuable insight and modern methods to solving problems that pertain to achieving an optimal operating environment. An environment that doesn’t stifle the company by creating a lot of unusable processes and procedures, but those that everyone on the team can buy into, see their purpose and value, and allow the company to reach its goals around creating predictable results in-and-around technology for the partners.

Christopher is also co-founder of SIC CONSULTING GmbH, Germany, a successful Quality and Environmental consultant company based in Frankfurt Germany. Primarily focusing on medium-sized businesses, Christopher and his company have successfully guided many organizations to attain and maintain their quality and environmental management certification according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for over 20 years now. He has developed strong working relationships with their clientele based on mutual respect, a high level of integrity, and a great work ethic that all help drive desired results in these organizations.

A native of Germany, Christopher was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany. He attended the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management. Thereafter he was accepted into a Ph.D. program where he later attained his degree. Christopher enjoys traveling to Italy, France, Spain and the United States.
